Dogs can sometimes become ill from Salmonella, and humans can get sick by handling contaminated food or touching surfaces exposed to the bacteria. It is important to stop feeding the recalled product to your dog immediately and dispose of it properly. Clean any surfaces that the product touched, and wash your hands thoroughly.
