Cause: Salmonella potential. Announcement: FDA report dated May 5, 2012. What was recalled: The following Kirkland Signature products with production codes that have a number “3” in the 9th position AND an “X” in the 11th position, and also have "Best Before" dates of Dec. 9, 2012 – Jan. 31, 2013:

  • Super Premium Adult Dog Lamb, Rice & Vegetable Formula
  • Super Premium Adult Dog Chicken, Rice & Vegetable Formula
  • Super Premium Mature Dog Chicken, Rice & Egg Formula
  • Super Premium Healthy Weight Dog Formulated with Chicken & Vegetables
  • Super Premium Maintenance Cat Chicken & Rice Formula Super Premium Healthy Weight Cat Formula
  • Nature’s Domain Salmon Meal & Sweet Potato Formula for Dogs

April 2007
Cause: Melamine. Announcement: FDA report dated April 26, 2007. What was recalled: Kirkland Signature Premium Dog 2-Flavor Variety Pack, 14 oz. 24-pack, with dates falling between Aug. 21, 2008 and April 15, 2009.
