Recalled: “I and Love and You” Dog Treats

There has been no apparent pet or human illness, but these Cow-Boom! dog treats are being pulled from shelves just in case.

What was recalled: 2 oz. bags of “I and love and you” Cow-Boom! Strips Beef Gullet dog treats with lot numbers ending in 4T1 or 5T1 and “Best By” years of 2016 or 2017

NatPets LLC says that on July 10, it “was notified by the Colorado Department of Agriculture that a routine sampling revealed a presumptive positive result of salmonella in our Cow-Boom! Strips Beef Gullet dog treats. The product is supplied by a U.S. supplier. In an overabundance of caution, ‘I and love and you’ is voluntarily recalling this product.”

The company added: “There have been no confirmed reports of pet or human illnesses associated with this recall.”
