A Pet Lover’s Guide to Amazon Prime Day 2017 (UPDATED)

Amazon is calling its 3rd-annual Prime Day “an epic day of deals on everything you’re into.” So what kind of deals can you expect on pet care products? Here’s what we know.

Amazon Prime Day is an annual deals event just for Prime members. Deals started Monday night, July 10, 2017.

If you’re anything like us, you’re into deals. Big deals.

Amazon’s Prime Day offers Prime members “hundreds of thousands” of deals and special offers on all sorts of things — including pet care products.

What are the deals?

Amazon won’t say yet. You’ll have to wait until 9 p.m. ET on Monday, July 10, 2017 to find out. But we do know that pet care products are included. We expect steep savings of 35% or more on everything from pet foods to grooming accessories and more.

UPDATE: The deals are rolling in all day. One that has caught our eye in particular is $70 off the Petcube (pictured above). This is a really cool gadget that lets you take HD video of your pet, as well as watch and play with your pet remotely via an attached laser toy. It even has night vision. The design is sleek, and pet lovers say the Petcube is awesome. For just a few hours today, it’s $70 off the usual price. Get yours only until supplies run out, right here: Petcube Play 1080p Video.

Will there be deals on other stuff, like TVs?

Oh yeah, baby! Last year one of the most exclusive deals was a 55-inch Samsung 4K curved TV for hundreds of dollars off its list price. We saw shoes going for 60% off. Clothing and jewelry for 30% off. It was ridiculous. We expect more of the same this year.
