An animal shelter in Arizona has cared for a pair of stray dogs — one small, one large — who have been best friends for some time now.
Little Miss, a Chihuahua, and Buster the Boxer arrived at Maricopa County Animal Care & Control (MCACC) at the same time. Shelter workers don’t know whether or not the dogs had previously been together, but they became inseparable once they were there.
Staff members shared photos of Little Miss and Buster in hopes of finding their families. That plan didn’t pan out, so the dogs were put up for adoption.
A California woman picked up the happy duo yesterday. They left the shelter happy and homeward bound.
Here’s wishing all of them the very best in their new adventures as a family!
