Sojos was created in 1985 by 2 women in Minnesota based on herbal and natural processes. In 1996, Ward Johnson was managing a veterinary practice and saw the great results of the food. After learning the company was for sale, he and his wife, Maggie, purchased the company and continue making the products today.
