The Fromm family emigrated from Germany to the United States in 1852. In 1939, Fromm Laboratories, Inc. and Dr. Robert Green created various vaccines for fox encephalitis, fox distemper, canine distemper and feline distemper. The first bag of Fromm Complete Dog Meal was sold in 1949, and today they also manufacture cat products.

Has Fromm Pet Food Ever Been Recalled?
