About the Team Behind the Petful Shop
The first thing you should know about us is we’re not some big corporation. The online shop of Petful is just a mom and pop store — literally.
The good news is, that means we can really focus on our customers.
We are Gayle and Doug Hickman, from a small community in South Carolina. Living in a rural area has given us the opportunity to get close to many different animals.
In past years, we have raised quite a variety, including dogs and cats, of course, but also rabbits, goats and chickens, just to name a few. Right now we have a spoiled but adorable chihuahua named Angel.
Why are we running this store? Because we love pets, and after much thought we decided to venture into something we feel we will both enjoy. This sort of business will not only be beneficial to us, but also to the many pets and their people.
